QSight drives compliance with AATB, FDA, and The Joint Commission regulations for tissue and implants and meets chain of custody and temperature logging requirements. QSight provides full chain of custody tracking for all manufacturer bone and tissue, from the initial inspection at the dock to final inspection upon patient implantation. End-users have the ability to upload manufacturer IFUs, Tissue Bank Accreditation/License, and vendor certificates. When implanting tissue products through QSight’s encounter form, users can populate inspection information Including:

  • Tissue temperature
  • Tissue preparer
  • Prep method/Prep material (corresponding lot number, expiration date, quantity, and UOM)
  • Implanted by/Implant date and time
  • Autologous (yes/no)
